PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED OUT FOR FOR FRIDAY 11/27 DELIVERY. NYC PACKAGES WILL BE HAND-DELIVERED ON FRIDAY 11/27.  SAUCE SHOULD BE DEFROSTED OVERNIGHT IN THE FRIDGE PRIOR TO THE 28TH. DOUGH SHOULD REMAIN REFRIGERATED UNTIL 4PM ON THE AFTERNOON OF THE DINNER, AS TO LET IT GET TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BY DINNERTIME.

WINE WILL BE SHOWING ITS BEST OF YOU OPEN THE BOTTLE AT 4PM THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
